Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall strategy, operations, commercial growth, and financial performance of a leading Facilities Management business in Saudi Arabia.

• Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy and growth plans.
• Lead end-to-end FM operations, ensuring high service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development, key account management, and major contract opportunities.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead organizational development, talent strategy, and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, HSE standards, and contractual requirements.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s FM portfolio.
• Report business performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the Board.

• 15+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related services

• Proven track record in managing large-scale FM operations and contracts.
• Strong commercial and P&L management experience.
• Demonstrated success in business growth, client acquisition, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi FM market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
