To support our Personal Shopping team we are searching for a Head of Personal Shopping Middle East (f/m/d) in Riyadh.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive Regional Sales & Strategy: Execute the strategy for the Personal Shopping function across the Middle East, taking full ownership of regional revenue targets, productivity, and Top clients market expansion.
• Lead & Scale a High-Performing Team: Recruit, manage, and coach a local team of Personal Shoppers in the region (starting in KSA), establishing clear KPIs, accountability, and luxury service standards.
• Hands-On VIP Clienteling: Actively manage and nurture relationships with top-tier clients, delivering personalized, high-touch distance and face-to-face selling experiences.
• Execute Data-Led Retention & Growth: Utilize client insights and behavioral data to optimize client segmentation, maximize lifetime value (LTV), and drive targeted retention and reactivation strategies.
• Lead Local VIP Activations & Events: Oversee regional high-impact client activations, private appointments, and trunk shows in key hubs in the GCC to acquire and retain top clientele.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global leadership, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to ensure product availability, exclusive access, and seamless execution for Middle Eastern clients.
• Elevate Digital Clienteling Innovation: Integrate regional market nuances into Mytheresa’s global clienteling tools and channels (e.g., conversational commerce) to continually elevate the client experience.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven Luxury
  
  Experience:
  
  6–10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, or personal shopping, with a track record of direct, high-volume sales generation.
• Team Leadership & Talent Network: Demonstrated experience coaching client-facing teams and the ability to recruit top-tier local luxury sales talent in the GCC.
• Deep Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Middle Eastern luxury consumer, local cultural nuances, buying behaviors, and VIP relationships (particularly in KSA and UAE).
• Analytical & Commercial Mindset: Ability to leverage sales metrics and clienteling data to translate strategy into tangible revenue growth.
• Exceptional Relationship Builder: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the discretion and composure needed to interface with HNWIs.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: Passion for luxury fashion with a proactive, player-coach mindset eager to establish and expand Mytheresa’s physical and digital presence in the region.
