Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a senior manager in Riyadh for procurement and commercial work on the MBS Stadium. The initial remit concerns large architectural and facade packages, extending from procurement into commercial administration after contract award. The manager will work with the project's design, engineering and delivery teams to coordinate package requirements with the programme and budget.

The appointment includes running tenders, assessing suppliers and negotiating agreements for architectural and facade works. Duties cover supplier performance, contractual compliance, cost controls and commercial risks. The manager will track contractual deliverables, address commercial problems and report performance to senior management.

Leading and mentoring colleagues in the procurement and commercial team is also required. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant procurement and commercial experience, including exposure to large architectural and facade packages. A relevant bachelor's degree is required, with further degrees preferred.
