Job Purpose

To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of landscape maintenance operations ensuring the delivery of high-quality sustainable and efficient landscape services across assigned projects and destinations The role is responsible for operational planning manpower and resource optimization budget and cost control landscape quality plant health irrigation performance HSE compliance client satisfaction and contractor management while leading Managers and Supervisors to achieve business objectives and required service standards

Job Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for landscape maintenance operations across assigned projects and destinations

Oversee all softscape

and resource utilization according to operational and business requirements
Conduct regular operational and site performance reviews and ensure timely closure of quality observations and corrective actions
Oversee irrigation performance

Establish and monitor KPIs related to landscape quality
productivity

Manage operational budgets
