- Manage multiple maintenance and operations projects within healthcare facilities.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee contract execution and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare executive reports and support strategic decision-making.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in maintenance and operations projects.
- Minimum 10 years in project/program management.
- Minimum 5 years managing a portfolio of healthcare maintenance and operations projects.
- Proven experience in hospital and healthcare facility operations and maintenance.
Core Competencies
- Portfolio and project management.
- Strategic planning and risk management.
- Budget and contract management.
- Leadership and stakeholder management.
- Asset and facilities management systems (CMMS/CAFM).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CFM, or FMP are preferred.
