Lead with expertise Deliver greener environments BMCO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Landscaping Irrigation O M project driving operational excellence team performance and client satisfaction
KEY REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor s degree in Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 15 years of relevant experience including 7 years in an Operations Manager role
- Strong experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Proven expertise in managing large landscaped areas including trees turf shrubs and irrigation systems
- Strong knowledge of soil management tree health horticulture fertilization pest control and plant maintenance
- Technical expertise in irrigation networks pumps filtration systems valves sprinklers and drip irrigation
- Proven ability to achieve KPIs and SLAs ensuring quality and productivity
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading large manpower teams and managing equipment and subcontractors
- Available to join immediately
- Fluent in English
- Valid Saudi driving license mandatory
- Valid transferable Iqama mandatory
