Job duties:
- Oversee branch operations and monitor daily performance.
- Monitor product quality, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, waste, and operating costs.
- Follow up on employees’ performance, evaluate them, and develop them.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
- Monitor sales and improve the level of service.
- Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are implemented.
- Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
- Coordinate with Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, and Quality.
- Develop plans to improve and enhance operational performance.
- Manage crises and operational problems and take the appropriate actions to ensure business continuity.
- Develop and improve operating procedures in a way that helps increase efficiency, reduce costs, and boost profitability.
