Rolling Stock Lead - Rail

• Lead and supervise rolling stock maintenance teams, providing technical guidance and performance management to ensure operational excellence
• Develop, implement, and optimize planned maintenance and condition management (PMCM) strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime
• Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and implement data-driven improvements
• Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and procurement activities while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and safety teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with rail operations
• Establish and enforce maintenance standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements across all maintenance operations
• Monitor rolling stock condition through inspections and diagnostics, utilizing condition-based maintenance techniques
• Develop and maintain maintenance documentation, procedures, and training materials for team members
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in maintenance management and operational efficiency
