We're looking for a confident, personable and results-driven Clinic Manager to join our founding team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, building patient relationships, and taking ownership of both clinic operations and business performance.
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient experience.
- Lead and support the front-of-house team.
- Manage the sales process and close clinician-recommended care plans.
- Build strong patient relationships and improve retention.
- Handle VIP patients, feedback, and service concerns.
- Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the Medical Director to support clinic growth.
- Proven management experience in healthcare or hospitality, with strong customer relations and sales performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Confidence in sales and building long-term client relationships.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- A warm, professional personality with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Experience in premium healthcare or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
