Support Services Lead

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Support Services Lead to join their team in Riyadh.

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of airport facilities to ensure efficiency, functionality, and safety.
• Lead and manage maintenance and operations teams, providing direction, training, and performance oversight.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate facility upgrades, repairs, and improvement projects in line with operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all facility operations.
• Collaborate with security, customer service, and airline operations teams to support seamless airport functionality.
• Manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor facility budgets, control expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify issues, ensure maintenance standards, and verify compliance.
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.
• Participate in the planning and development of new facilities, providing input on civil, grounds, and road systems.

• 5+ years of work experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in facility management, focusing on civil works, roads, and grounds maintenance.
• Has experience in stadiums.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing multi-site operations is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is an advantage.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred).
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or CMRP (advantage).
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification (preferred).
• PMP certification (advantage).

• Civil and infrastructure maintenance expertise.
• Facility operations and asset management knowledge.
• Leadership and team supervision.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HSE and quality standards.
• Effective communication and coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP/CMMS systems.
