General Manager, Automotive Protection & Car Care

A rare opportunity to build, lead and scale a market-leading automotive protection business.

We are seeking a driven General Manager to lead the development and expansion of what will become the Middle East’s leading automotive protection and premium car care group.

This is a build-and-scale leadership mandate, not a conventional management role. We are looking for an established industry professional who combines extensive technical expertise with the commercial vision, entrepreneurial drive and hands-on leadership capability to build a high-performing, scalable business.

You will take ownership of the division’s development, from establishing operational infrastructure and building a capable team to driving commercial growth and expanding the group’s regional presence.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Business Development
  :
  Winning new business, developing strategic partnerships and establishing relationships with dealerships, automotive groups and premium vehicle owners.
• Business Set-Up & Scaling
  :
  Establishing operational processes, facilities, systems and service standards to support sustainable expansion.
• Technical Ability
  :
  Driving quality and consistency across PPF installation, detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings and associated protection services.
• Leadership & Training
  :
  Recruiting, training and developing technical, operational and commercial teams.
• Commercial Performance
  :
  Taking accountability for revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency and customer experience.

Extensive hands-on experience in automotive protection and car care is an absolute prerequisite.

We are specifically seeking a candidate currently operating in a leadership or management role within the PPF, detailing or premium automotive care industry.
