• Develop and execute the company s overall business strategy to drive sustainable growth profitability and market expansion
• Identify new revenue streams business opportunities and strategic partnerships across e-commerce and retail distribution
• Strengthen the company s competitive positioning within the Saudi retail market through market intelligence and industry trend analysis
• Oversee sales marketing e-commerce and distribution strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Drive customer acquisition retention and engagement while enhancing the customer experience across all sales channels
• Lead the growth and performance of digital commerce platforms optimizing online sales conversion rates and digital marketing effectiveness
• Oversee retail distribution logistics warehousing procurement inventory management and order fulfillment
• Improve operational efficiency supply chain performance cost optimization and service delivery
• Own the company s P amp L budgeting forecasting cash flow and overall financial performance
• Establish performance KPIs monitor business results and implement initiatives to improve revenue margins and profitability
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and leverage technology and data analytics to enhance business performance
• Build lead and develop a high-performing executive team fostering accountability innovation and collaboration
• Oversee workforce planning talent acquisition leadership development and organizational effectiveness
• Maintain strong relationships with shareholders board members key suppliers distributors and strategic partners
• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations and establish effective corporate governance internal controls and risk management practices

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, e-commerce, distribution, consumer goods, or a related industry.
• Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or senior executive leading a sizeable business or multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, revenue expansion, and P&L performance.
• Strong experience across e-commerce and retail distribution, ideally covering both digital and traditional sales channels.
• Solid understanding of the Saudi retail market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Proven expertise in commercial strategy, sales leadership, marketing, and customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, inventory optimization, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Experience leading digital transformation, e-commerce growth initiatives, and technology-enabled business improvements.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• A bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
