Associate Director - KSA Nationals

As an Associate Director at Four Principles, you will lead multiple client engagements and play a critical role in growing strategic client relationships. You will oversee a portfolio of client engagements, manage Managers and consulting teams, and ensure that transformation programmes deliver sustainable business outcomes.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while supporting business development, account growth, and practice-building activities. As a senior leader within Four Principles, you will balance client impact, team development, and commercial performance while helping shape the future growth of the firm.

• Provide strategic direction and oversight across multiple project work streams and client engagements.
• Guide teams in navigating complex situations, balancing short-term priorities with long-term client and business objectives.
• Guide teams in the structuring and resolution of complex operational, organizational, and digital transformation challenges.
• Review and challenge analyses, recommendations, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and impact.
• Support the development of business cases, transformation roadmaps, and enterprise-wide improvement programs.
• Ensure operational excellence, organizational change, digital technologies, data, automation, and AI are integrated into coherent and sustainable transformation solutions.

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple client engagements and transformation programs.
• Ensure project objectives, milestones, budgets, and commercial targets are achieved.
• Actively monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource requirements across engagements.
• Anticipate emerging challenges and changing business priorities, ensuring teams remain focused on delivering successful outcomes.
• Support clients in embedding new capabilities, governance structures, and ways of working that sustain long-term results.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and exceed client expectations.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including Directors, General Managers, and C-suite representatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients throughout transformation programs and key initiatives.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients by providing trusted guidance, challenging perspectives constructively, and identifying opportunities to create additional value.
• Lead executive workshops, steering committees, and senior stakeholder discussions.
• Identify client needs and develop opportunities for follow‑on work and account growth.
• Contribute to proposal development, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.

• Lead, coach, and develop Managers and consulting teams across multiple engagements.
• Develop future leaders by supporting career growth, succession planning, and increased leadership responsibility across the consulting team.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support professional growth.
• Ensure consistently high standards of quality, professionalism, and delivery excellence across teams.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, onboarding, and capability‑building initiatives.
