Job DescriptionResponsible for ensuring the technical excellence and quality assurance of all agricultural products and at NADEC processes. Ensures that raw materials, farm outputs, and agricultural production systems meet the highest quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards. Work on maintaining customer trust, regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence across NADEC’s agricultural operations, contributing to the company's leadership position in the FMCG sector.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science, Agronomy, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering or a related technical field.
- Master's degree in Quality Management, Food Safety, or Agricultural Sciences is highly preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in agricultural quality management and technical operations, preferably in an FMCG/agri-food business.
