Overview

Career Overseas Consultants Limited is looking for Fabricator/ Fabrication Supervisor (Job ).

• Supervise daily fabrication activities including cutting, welding, fitting, assembly, and finishing.
• Interpret and execute fabrication work based on engineering drawings, isometrics, and specifications.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials to achieve production targets.
• Monitor fabrication quality to ensure compliance with project requirements and international standards (ASME, AWS, ISO, etc.).
• Lead and coordinate fabricators, welders, fitters, and helpers.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and resolve fabrication issues.
• Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and safe work practices among the team.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of fabricated items.
• Coordinate with QC inspectors for inspections and testing.
• Verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and material traceability.
• Rectify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and Saudi safety regulations.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe handling of equipment and materials.
• Maintain clean and organized fabrication areas.
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material usage records.
• Report delays, technical issues, and material shortages to project management.
• Support project planning and scheduling activities.

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Overseas Companies

• Shall have diploma with 5 years experience/Industrial School Training (ITI) in mechanical engineering with 10 years experience.
