Supervisor — Protein Factory for Entaz Co (Saudi Arabia)

Greenland Group is looking for a Supervisor for a Protein Factory.

• Manage the operations and the sequence of the equipment of Protein Factory throughout the shift.
• Control the team based on daily attendance schedules to avoid time waste.
• Ensure maximum recovery of the Protein Factory’s products (e.g., soft offal meal, feather meal, poultry fat).
• Ensure all collections of raw materials (e.g., vet rejects, dead on arrival, poultry waste) or expiring products are received and processed regularly.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in proper running condition during processing and call maintenance immediately when abnormal behavior occurs.
• Ensure lines resume with proper efficiency after maintenance and any preventive maintenance activities.
• Review breakdown and repair records for each equipment with Maintenance.
• Monitor load‑out according to customer loading schedules.
• Make all daily records and documentation after operations, recording output quantities through SAP and initiating any additional required information.
• Apply all corrective actions as per Q‑pules reporting.
• Apply protocols and facilities to control the bad odors emitted from the factory.
• Coordinate with other departments for collection of rejects and expiry products for rendering and document the process.
• Follow up with warehouse for required consumable materials or escalating any delays (e.g., jumbo bags, chemicals) to the Protein Factory manager in a timely manner.

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Skills required:
  
  Production, Factory Operation, Poultry Industry

• 4 to 8 years of experience
• Experience in agro‑based firms (incl. agro processing/seed/GM) and poultry

• Applicants must have minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in poultry processing/rendering plant in Bangladesh or overseas.
