We are hiring an experienced Carpentry Manager to lead factory-based carpentry and joinery operations in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of wood fabrication, assembly, and factory production workflows. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality output, efficient manpower utilization, and timely delivery of joinery products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise carpentry and joinery teams to ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily production activities and monitor progress against schedules.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, quality control, and factory safety.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve fabrication or assembly‑related issues.
- Coordinate closely with the Technical Office, CNC team, and Project/Execution teams.
- Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement in factory processes and productivity.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in carpentry/joinery operations, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of wood fabrication, finishing, and assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings accurately.
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in a factory or workshop environment is essential.
