Mechanical Engineer Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of injection molding and blow molding machines within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Certified and practical training in Husky injection molding machines, including HYPET 120, 225, 300, 400, Hylectric 300, and Hycap 400, with solid exposure to Ferromatic Milacron and SACMI IPS (220, 300, 400) and CCM systems.
• Proven expertise in Netstal PET-LINE machines, including Top Entry (2400) and Side Entry  & ), covering installation, electrical troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Extensive knowledge of stretch blow molding and extrusion blow molding machines, including SIDEL SBO 8/12/16 Matrix, SIDEL Linear, SIPA SRF 12 & 24 EVO (Rotary), ASB Single Stage, SEB, and Newamstar systems.
• Demonstrated capability in machine maintenance, mold changeovers, fault diagnosis, hot runner refurbishment, and cold half maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
• Solid experience in plant utility maintenance, including high-pressure and low-pressure Atlas Copco air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, diesel generators, RO plants, and associated electrical systems.
• Good working knowledge of hydraulic systems, including RAM and piston systems, hydraulic valves, and related accessories, with the ability to coordinate electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead maintenance teams, enforce safety standards, plan preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, PLC interfaces, and machine documentation effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree (Diploma) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering
