Plastic Mold Designer; Injection & Blow Molding Oracle Overseas

Oracle Overseas is looking for Plastic Mold Designer (Injection & Blow Molding)

• Designing plastic molds for Injection Molding and Blow Molding products.
• Preparing 2D & 3D mold drawings and detailed technical documentation.
• Developing mold concepts based on product requirements and production needs.
• Improving mold design to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cycle time.
• Coordinating with production, maintenance, and quality teams during mold development and trials.
• Supporting mold modification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Reviewing product designs and providing manufacturability feedback.
• Ensuring designs comply with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Diploma in Mechanical in Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Skills Required:
  
  Injection Molding Machine, Injection Molding, Blow Molding Machine, Mold polishing, Experience in plastic manufacturing companies (blow molding)

• 5 to 7 year(s)

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Very good Excel skills for calculations, BOMs, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of working with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of plastic materials and mold components.
• Ability to work within a team and coordinate with different departments.
