Position Overview
The Maintenance Foremen – Electrical will be based in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all maintenance activities within the factory. The role ensures reliable operation of machinery and equipment by leading a team of technicians and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, ensuring effective allocation of tasks and resources.
- Train, mentor, and support junior technicians and apprentices.
- Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Oversee routine preventive and predictive maintenance of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance codes, standards, and factory safety guidelines.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
- Implement lock-out/tag-out and other safety procedures during maintenance.
- Implement new system and miner modifying for the machinery.
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy, support production and quality departments to achieve the goals.
- Relevant engineering diploma is preferred.
- Prior experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial/factory maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and plant maintenance, control systems, PLCs, motors, and automation.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast‑paced production environments.
- Very good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Shift work and emergency call‑outs may be required.
