As a Production Supervisor you will support the daily operations of the production department to ensure that all manufacturing activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. Production Supervisor assists in coordinating production schedules, monitoring performance, implementing quality and safety procedures, and supporting process improvements to achieve production targets and enhance operational effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in policy and process formulation to align production with company goals.
• Improve operational mechanisms and quality systems.
• Coordinate production resource to fulfill daily production plan.
• Utilize Lean Production and Six Sigma to optimize process to improve efficiency, qualilty and cost.
• Perform continuously training to improve team members’ skill.
• Assist production manager to fulfil other management related assignment.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree inmajors like
  Mechnical, Material Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Logistic etc.
• More than 2 years’ work experience in production management insimilar industry.
• Good knowledge of production control and quality management.
• Strong data analysis ability.
• Awareness of process optimization.
• Logical, strategic and systematic thinking.
