We are hiring an experienced Factory Manager / Production Manager for a reputed Plastic Factory in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Plastic Master Batch manufacturing, factory operations, production planning, and team handling. Gulf-return candidates with Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.

• Manage complete factory and production operations
• Monitor production schedules and output targets
• Ensure quality standards and process compliance
• Handle manpower planning and shift management
• Optimize machine utilization and plant productivity
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
• Implement safety and operational best practices
• Prepare production reports and management updates

• Gulf Experience Preferred
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of plastic extrusion and compounding process
• ERP / Production software knowledge

• Minimum 10 years of experience in plastic manufacturing
• At least 3–5 years in managerial role
• GCC / Gulf experience preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, or Production Engineering
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage
