Responsibilities
- On-site Factory Management:
Lead the quality oversight of System Assembly, Test including Run-In and Packaging processes at the supplier’s site. - Quality Governance:
Monitor real-time production quality to ensure all outputs strictly adhere to HP’s standards and delivery schedules. - Continuous Improvement:
Drive process enhancements and optimization initiatives within the manufacturing line to improve yield and operational efficiency. - Issue Resolution & RCA:
Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis for technical failures and provide and implement timely corrective actions for customer complaints or line issues. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with external suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality roadblocks and ensure a smooth production flow.
