Job PurposeTo improve manufacturing processes by ensuring efficient production flow, maintaining high-quality standards, reducing operational costs, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Coordination- Plan and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and inventory levels
- Improve manufacturing processes for higher efficiency
- Optimize equipment usage and production materials
- Enhance productivity through engineering solutions
- Provide technical support for production and maintenance teams
- Ensure operational efficiency across production lines
- Analyze production performance and identify issues
- Determine root causes and implement solutions
- Recommend process improvements
- Reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and standards
- Train and guide production team members
- Support workforce development and skill improvement
- Implement 5S and lean manufacturing practices
- Improve production reliability, quality, and capacity
- Support automation and system enhancement initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 4 to 6 Years of Experience in Production / Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning & scheduling
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
