Overview

Lead the Saudi Arabia Global Supply Chain Plant, overseeing industrialization, manufacturing supply chain, facility methods, and health and safety.

• Manage and apply standardized manufacturing production methods.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing sector.
• Lead manufacturing team performance, including hierarchical animation and training plan development.
• Align resources with short‑ and medium‑term horizons.
• Enforce compliance with HSE, 5S rules, and quality system procedures.
• Report and manage incidents, near misses, and be legally responsible for accidents.
• Participate in resource balancing with manufacturing management.
• Ensure achievement of production schedules meeting objectives of cost, quality, and lead time.
• Lead the SIM loop 2 with appropriate indicators and action plans.
• Adjust manufacturing programs according to customer priorities in ad‑hoc systems (LDS, DISS, IQ).
• Organize training needs and manage team versatility to meet targets.
• Spend 30‑50% of time on the shop floor, depending on digital tool availability.
• Conduct safety walks, track barrier removal, and related activities.
• Contribute to industrial process improvement with functional support.
• Participate in investment proposals, transverse projects, and plant‑level action plans.

• Electrical engineer with 10+ years experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience.
