Metal Fabricator​/Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Metal Fabricators / Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have experience in reading technical drawings, operating various machinery, and fabricating structural metal products. Candidates should be physically capable of standing or walking and performing manual tasks for extended periods (up to 10 hours/day).

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Fabricate, assemble, and position parts and subassemblies
• Operate manual and computer-controlled machines (e.g., shear, notcher, turret punch, press brake)
• Perform tasks such as hammering, grinding, chipping, drilling, riveting, and finishing
• Build and test prototypes as per instructions
• Place supply orders as needed
• Visually and physically inspect products to assess required work
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, squares, etc.) for accurate layout and quality checks
• Complete production orders with attention to quality and deadlines
• Maintain proper records of work done and perform basic math calculations
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Work effectively within a team and independently when needed
• Display flexibility to work in various manufacturing departments
• Suggest improvements in process or product where applicable

• Prior Gulf/Saudi experience highly preferred
