Experienced Filling Manager responsible for overseeing filling and packaging operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, safety standards, and on-time delivery. Leads production teams, minimizes downtime, and coordinates cross-functional activities to achieve operational and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee warehousing, shipping, and distribution activities from plant to customers.
- Manage daily filling and packaging operations to achieve production and delivery targets.
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth operations.
- Monitor line performance, resolve operational issues, and minimize downtime.
- Enforce safety, quality, and operational compliance across all filling activities.
- Lead, train, and supervise filling line operators and support team development.
- Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OEE, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Manage ERP/Oracle production transactions, batch closures, and reporting activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Related Work ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations (filling, packaging, or blending preferred).
