Key Accountability Areas

Hands‑on

Experience:

  • Engage in practical, hands‑on projects and assignments to apply theoretical knowledge gained during the training period.
  • Work collaboratively with teams and departments to understand the interdependencies and dynamics within the organization.

Problem Solving:

  • Assist in identifying and solving challenges, contributing to innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Actively seek feedback, reflect on performance, and strive for continuous improvement in skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to various tasks and projects as required.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards throughout the training period.
Role Accountability
  • Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.

Delivery:

  • Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
  • Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
