Job Purpose

Key Accountability AreasLearning and Development:

Shadowing:
- Observe and shadow experienced professionals to learn about their day‑day tasks, responsibilities, and best practices.
Hands‑on
Experience:
- Engage in practical, hands‑on projects and assignments to apply theoretical knowledge gained during the training period.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with teams and departments to understand the interdependencies and dynamics within the organization.
Problem Solving:
- Assist in identifying and solving challenges, contributing to innovative solutions and improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Actively seek feedback, reflect on performance, and strive for continuous improvement in skills and knowledge.
Adaptability:
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to various tasks and projects as required.
Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards throughout the training period.
HR Proficiency:
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
Delivery:
- Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
- Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.

- Assist to solve any related issues arise and elevate any complex operational problems.

Bachelor Degree in Any relevant field
