Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor industrial ovens, furnaces, and production machinery
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and process parameters to ensure smooth operations
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of machinery
- Maintain production quality and operational efficiency
- Follow all safety, quality, and HSE procedures
- Maintain machine logs and production records
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment issues
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator / Oven Operator in industrial or manufacturing plants
- Experience in chemical, minerals, cement, silica, industrial processing, or heavy manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of industrial ovens, furnaces, dryers, or process equipment
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills
- Ability to work in shifts and under production targets
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
