As Senior Production Manager you will manage multi‑functional teams to efficiently process poultry products to meet internal customer order requirements and uphold high‑quality standards in a state‑of‑the‑art fully automated production facility.

• Supervise the overall production process to ensure that all HACCP principles are applied.
• Motivate, facilitate, support and direct Team Leaders to achieve defined and measurable performance parameters.
• Review team performance with Team Managers, evaluating results and directing the team for improvements.
• Conduct meetings and briefings.

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar Production Management role within a fully automated poultry or food environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9000 quality standards.
• Third‑level educational qualification.
• Excellent people‑management skills and strong interpersonal and English communication skills – both written and verbal.
