Job Description Overview
The A&M Supervisor will oversee the operation and maintenance of AVM systems, with a minimum of 5 years’ technical experience. The role includes supervising AVM, APC, PA, CCTV, and Planning systems, while also managing AFC and Operator ITS interfaces in coordination with contractors. The supervisor ensures real-time data quality, resolves operational incidents, supports contract administration with technical specifications, and coordinates with dispatch and field teams to maintain system reliability and efficiency.
Your role- System Supervision:
Supervise AVM, APC, PA, CCTV, and Planning systems. - Interface Oversight:
Oversee AFC and Operator ITS interfaces, ensuring effective communication with contractors. - System Administration:
Administer all systems and interfaces (e.g., HERE maps, Google traffic). - Contractor Coordination:
Discuss fault reports and customer complaints with contractors. - Software Testing:
Test and release new software in the Test & Development center, including ITS interfaces. - Contract Support:
Support Contract Administration Manager and Employer with technical requirements, specifications (SDS), and technical variations. - System Architecture:
Provide input on AVM system architecture. - Monitoring & Incident Management:
Monitor and manage AVM systems, ensure real-time data quality, and resolve operational incidents. - Team Coordination:
Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ technical experience in operation and maintenance of AVM systems. - Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field. - Technical
Skills:
Strong knowledge of AVM, APC, PA, CCTV, ITS interfaces, and system administration tools. - Software & Tools:
Experience with HERE maps, Google traffic, and system integration platforms. - Contract Knowledge:
Familiarity with SDS, technical specifications, and contract variations. - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to monitor system performance and resolve incidents effectively. - Communication
Skills:
Strong liaison skills with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams. - Leadership:
Proven ability to supervise teams and coordinate cross-functional operations. - Problem-Solving:
