Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Follow-Up Technician specializing in structural steel to bridge the gap between design, fabrication, and on-site erection. In this role, you will ensure all steel components match engineering specifications, track project timelines, coordinate closely with site teams, and resolve technical issues on the spot.

• Project Coordination: Act as the main link between the design team, fabrication workshop, and on-site erection crews.
• Quality Control: Inspect and verify that steel components strictly adhere to engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Timeline Tracking: Monitor project milestones to ensure fabrication and delivery schedules stay on track.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical discrepancies or field issues during the erection phase.

  Proven experience working in the steel structure field in the same position (Follow-Up Technician / Technical Coordinator).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection processes, and technical drafting/drawings.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong site coordination skills, and sharp attention to quality control.
