Field Services Representative Team Manager
This role is responsible for ensuring services delivered to Customers on time with highest quality standard and within the defined budget. The individual will provide level 2 engineering support, act as the technical expert for on‑site activities, and oversee safety and cyber security initiatives.

- Provide level‑2 engineering support and serve as the technical expert for on‑site activities.
- Promote a culture of safety and cyber security by leading by example, implementing safety policies, and conducting required audits.
- Ensure every mission is executed under safe conditions and, if required, coordinate adjustments with the customer.
- Guarantee FSR compliance with cyber‑security requirements and report any incidents.
- Manage the planning and coordination of interventions and maintain a high‑level customer satisfaction.
- Promote Digital Services offers and assist in the development of FSR personal branding.
- Oversee quality repair implementation, warranty support, and compliance with issue prevention processes.
- Ensure each FSR follows all administrative processes, including time‑sheet adherence.
- Report field services activity, overtime, and travel time control.
- Encourage FSR business‑generation activities such as opportunity detection, lead generation, and install‑base tracking.
- Drive adoption of digital tools (Services Max Go, onsite clocking, Tipi).
- Implement the annual execution plan and FS lean initiatives to support country P&L performance.
- Provide technical L2 support and lead electromechanical/electrotechnology initiatives across R&D centers.
- Define specialty standards and lead transformation projects impacting multiple lines of business.
- Guide offer‑creation teams and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps.
- Manage system‑integration challenges and resolve complex performance‑optimization issues.
- Collaborate with worldwide specialists to establish best‑practice design processes and tools.
- Associate degree.
- Managerial experience in field services.
- Field services experience, preferably with electromechanical systems design and integration.
- English language proficiency.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional engineering teams and influencing technical direction.
- Strong expertise in system analysis and requirements definition.
- Excellent project management skills for complex technical projects and innovation.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for working with global specialists.
