Packaging Development Specialist

We are looking for a Packaging Development Specialist to join a food manufacturing environment specialized in bakery, sweets, and FMCG products. The role will be responsible for developing and improving packaging solutions that align with product quality, operational requirements, and food safety standards, while focusing on innovation and efficiency.

• Develop and improve packaging solutions for bakery, pastry, sweets, and food products.
• Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure packaging compatibility and operational efficiency.
• Source and evaluate packaging materials, suppliers, and new packaging technologies.
• Conduct packaging trials and testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Monitor packaging performance in terms of durability, product protection, presentation, and shelf life.
• Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or brand image.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and packaging regulations.
• Prepare and maintain packaging specifications and related documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience in packaging development within FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
• Good understanding of packaging materials, printing, labeling, and food-grade packaging standards.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously.

Experience with in bakery, confectionery, snacks, or food production environments is highly preferred.
