Tangent International is seeking a skilled RAN Performance Engineer to support one of the region’s largest mobile network operations. This role is focused on monitoring, analyzing, and improving the performance of multi-technology radio access networks, ensuring optimal customer experience and network efficiency.

As a RAN Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for tracking and improving the performance of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G radio networks within a Managed Services environment. You will analyze KPIs, identify network anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance coverage, capacity, and overall network quality. The role requires expertise in reporting and analytics platforms, with a strong focus on ENIQ reporting and performance dashboard development.

You will work closely with optimization, transport, and operations teams to ensure network performance targets are achieved and maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for telecom professionals looking to contribute to the continuous improvement of next-generation mobile networks.

• Monitor and analyze 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN performance KPIs
• Investigate network performance trends and detect anomalies proactively
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance reports
• Develop and maintain custom performance dashboards and analytics reports
• Support network optimization initiatives through data-driven insights
• Collaborate with RAN, Transport, and Operations teams to improve network performance
• Identify service quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct performance analysis to support capacity planning and network enhancements
• Prepare management reports and technical performance summaries

• 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications network performance or optimization
• Strong experience in RAN Performance Management across multi-technology networks
• Hands‑on experience with ENIQ Reporting and Network Analytics tools
• Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G network technologies
• Experience analyzing network KPIs and performance trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working within Managed Services environments
• Good reporting, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret large data sets and convert findings into actionable recommendations

• Experience with Ericsson performance management tools and platforms
• Knowledge of automated reporting and dashboard development tools
• Familiarity with transport network performance analysis
• Experience supporting Tier‑1 mobile network operators
• Certifications related to RAN Optimization, LTE, or 5G technologies
