Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Ready‑Mix Concrete Plant in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, customer service, and operational excellence. Responsibilities typically include overseeing production, maintenance, quality control, inventory management, and team leadership.

• Manage all plant operations, including production, dispatch coordination, maintenance, and quality control.
• Ensure the consistent production of high‑quality ready‑mix concrete in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Lead and supervise plant personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production efficiency, plant performance, and operational KPIs.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and machinery.
• Manage raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Ready‑Mix Concrete operations, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, batching systems, quality standards, and plant maintenance.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
