Overview
To monitor and control manufacturing operations from the control room to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production. Responsible for tracking process parameters through DCS/PLC systems, responding to process deviations in a timely manner, and coordinating with field teams to maintain smooth and continuous operations.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor plant systems through DCS/PLC control systems to ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Monitor process conditions and adjust operating parameters as required.
- Respond effectively to alarms and process interruptions.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate production and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in control room operations.
- Knowledge of DCS, PLC, and industrial control systems.
- Experience in insulation, glass, packaging, or power industries is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
