Overview
Aljomaih Can Manufacturing Plant (CMP) is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading production operations, driving efficiency improvements, reducing manufacturing costs, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance across the plant.
Responsibilities- Lead production operations across the plant to achieve safety, quality, and performance targets.
- Drive efficiency improvements and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience in beverage can manufacturing is required
- Strong background in production management, operational efficiency, and cost optimization
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading large manufacturing teams, ideally within 2 Piece Beverage Can or Ends
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
