Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Production Manager for a reputed Plastic Factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The candidate should have strong expertise in Plastic Master Batch production, factory operations management, production planning, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily production activities and factory operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and production quality.
- Implement process improvements and cost optimization.
- Lead production teams and ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments.
- Prepare production reports and inventory planning.
- Strong knowledge of Plastic Master Batch manufacturing.
- Experience in production planning and factory management.
- Leadership and manpower handling.
- Quality control and process improvement.
- Arabic & English communication skills.
- Gulf return candidates preferred.
- Experience in large‑scale plastic manufacturing units.
- ERP or production reporting knowledge.
- Minimum 10 years and maximum 15 years in plastic manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience as Production Manager preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
