Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or process manufacturing
We are looking for a hands‑on leader to oversee production operations, drive quality, and ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules
- Lead production teams while ensuring compliance with HSE and company procedures
- Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other departments to optimize production performance
- Support new product introductions, testing, commissioning, and continuous process improvements
- Monitor production KPIs, budgets, and operational efficiency
- Develop and mentor production technicians to enhance team performance
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineerin (preferred)
- .8–10 year s of manufacturing/production experience
- Minimum 4–6 year s in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and HSE
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with in Water Treatment, Chemical Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Electro‑Mechanical, Process Industries, or similar manufacturing environment s
