Factory Manager

Overview

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee the full manufacturing operations across our factories, including production, mixing, filling, packaging, and related supply chain activities. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and alignment of production plans with sales demand and local and international market expansion plans.

• Oversee all manufacturing stages, including perfumes, oils, incense, and oud-related products.
• Ensure full integration and coordination between production, mixing, packaging, and distribution areas.
• Improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
• Develop, update, and monitor production plans in line with sales forecasts and business requirements.
• Manage production capacity planning and ensure the right balance between supply and demand.
• Develop production schedules and improve cycle time across manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices — GMP — and applicable quality standards.
• Oversee the implementation of quality controls and reduce operational errors.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations.
• Prepare and manage factory operating budgets.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and improve spending efficiency without compromising product quality.
• Analyze financial and operational variances and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across production, engineering, quality, and operations.
• Build high-performing teams and develop employee capabilities.
• Evaluate team performance and implement continuous development plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and drive sustainable solutions.
• Develop, improve, and enforce standard operating procedures — SOPs.
• Apply industrial best practices and introduce modern manufacturing technologies.
• Oversee the sourcing of raw materials, particularly oud, from international markets.
• Participate in procurement committees and build strong relationships with global suppliers.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and sustainability of supply chains.
• Attend international exhibitions to stay updated on the latest manufacturing and packaging technologies.
• Evaluate suppliers, machinery, equipment, and new technologies to support operational excellence.
• Support industrial expansion plans and lead the transfer of knowledge and technology to the factory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a multi-product manufacturing environment.
• Strong practical experience in factories operating under GMP standards.
• Proven experience managing complex manufacturing operations and international supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and capacity management.
• Solid experience in operational efficiency improvement, waste reduction, and cost control.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, analyze financial and operational performance, and take corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
