We are seeking an Asset Verification and IBM Maximo Specialist to support physical asset verification, asset criticality assessment, maintenance planning, and Enterprise Asset Management System enablement. The role will combine field‑based asset verification with IBM Maximo configuration, asset data management, preventive maintenance planning, and performance reporting.
Required Experience- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Conducting physical asset verification and inspection
- Performing asset tagging and labelling
- Capturing and maintaining GIS coordinates for physical assets
- Performing asset criticality assessments and risk ranking
- Developing preventive maintenance plans
- Hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo
- Configuring asset hierarchies and uploading and validating asset data within IBM Maximo
- Setting up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
- Configuring or supporting KPI dashboards
