Responsibilities- Oversee daily production operations to achieve output targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
- Maintain production reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Guide and supervise production teams for optimal performance.
- Production Engineering – Managing and optimizing production processes.
- Manufacturing Operations – Experience in industrial production environments.
- Quality Control – Ensuring product quality and compliance standards.
- Process Improvement – Identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.
- Team Leadership – Supervising production personnel and operations.
- Gulf manufacturing experience.
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma exposure.
Candidates must possess 10–15 years of production engineering experience in India. Gulf‑return candidates are preferred. Experience in large‑scale manufacturing environments and production management is highly desirable.
EducationMinimum:
Typical – B.E /
B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field. Preferred:
Postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing / Industrial Management. Additional:
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality Certifications.
