Solutions Engineer
You are the technical half of every deal: the person who walks a plant, maps its assets and systems, mounts the demo sensors, and proves the platform on the customer's own equipment. You translate between maintenance managers, IT departments, and our engineering team.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value pilots for enterprise prospects.
- Install and commission Ops Sense Edge gateways and sensors during evaluations.
- Scope integrations with customer ERP, SCADA, and building systems, and validate feasibility early.
- Deliver demos and workshops in Arabic and English, tailored to operators, planners, and executives.
- Hand off won deals to customer success with clean documentation of the deployed design.
- 3+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or industrial systems integration.
- Working knowledge of industrial environments — maintenance workflows, PLCs/SCADA, or building systems.
- Hands-on comfort with hardware installation and network troubleshooting on site.
- Fluent Arabic and English, with strong presentation skills for mixed technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC; based in Riyadh.
