• Develop a labor demand plan for the production department with IE
• Collaborate with HR to advance recruitment progress to meet the labor needs of the production department
• Develop employee training programs to continuously enhance their skills
• Overall management of employee attendance supports a stable production workforce
• overall management of buffer team to support fexible labor need across the plant
