We are hiring a Production Supervisor with a background in Chemical Engineering to oversee our manufacturing operations in Riyadh. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality control. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

• Supervise and coordinate the production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards
• Monitor and optimize production processes to meet quality standards while minimizing costs
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, making necessary adjustments and repairs
• Train and mentor team members on proper production procedures and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and quality control to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials to maintain uninterrupted production
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a chemical manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members effectively
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed

• Experience working in an international setting
• Familiarity with Pakistani culture
• Fluency in Urdu or Punjabi

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
