About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage the daily production line at our factory. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, applying quality standards, and training and leading the workforce to achieve the highest productivity levels.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily mixing, filling and packaging operations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications
- Manage and train the workforce team (10-20 people)
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with the warehouse
- Document processes and report any deviations
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
