- Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, routings, fixtures, and BOMs.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Change Actions, and Sales Order Reviews.
- Support machining activities, including tooling selection, fixture design, and machining efficiency improvements.
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs, process capability, product quality, and process costs.
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support risk assessments, First Article inspections, non-conformance management, production testing, and assembly activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering on manufacturability improvements and Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECO).
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of Manufacturing or Technology experience.
- Hands-on Manufacturing Engineering experience is required (not just coordination or supervision).
- Six Sigma White Belt or Green Belt preferred.
- Knowledge of Change Actions, NPI, Sales Order Review, Process Mapping, Manufacturing BOM updates, Routings, Fixtures, Quality Notifications/Rework, and Troubleshooting.
- Experience with Lean & Six Sigma, SAP, and Demand Planning.
- Minimum 2 years of machining center experience.
- Basic tooling and CNC programming knowledge.
- Experience in Production Workflow, Non-Conformance Management, Technical Investigations, Production Testing, and Production Assembly.
- Experience in machining processes, tooling, CNC programming, and Oil & Gas manufacturing processes is preferred.
