Key responsibilities of this role is as follows
- 1 Participate in policy and process formulation to align production with company goals
- 2 Improve operational mechanisms and quality systems
- 3 Coordinate production resource to fulfill daily production plan
- 4 Utilize Lean Production and Six Sigma to optimize process to improve efficiency qualilty and cost
- 5 Perform continuously training to improve team members skill
- 6 Assist production manager to fulfil other management related assignment
